Mental health and development
Employee mental health support
Mental health is not a single service. We distinguish between professional psychotherapeutic care, preventive psychological support and development workshops. Each has a different goal, a different approach and a different specialist.
Three distinct forms of support
We don't mix up therapy, counselling and development
Precise naming matters for employees and the company alike. We always state who runs the service and what their professional qualification is.
Psychotherapeutic consultations
Individual sessions led by qualified psychotherapists. This is professional care, not coaching or a training programme. Exact scope and availability depend on the capacity of partner therapists.
Psychological support and mental hygiene
Prevention-focused consultations and sessions on managing pressure, sleep, recovery and the boundary between work and personal life.
Personal development workshops
Facilitator-led group programmes: communication, teamwork, conflict management, working with emotions. This is not therapy.

Confidentiality
How we handle confidentiality
The content of consultations stays between the employee and the specialist.
The company only receives summary information on capacity utilisation, never names or content.
We explain to employees what the service is, who runs it, and what happens with the information.
